The 2020 National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) judged the Universities in a separate University category. Assam’s Tezpur University, ranked 39^th, is adjudged as the best university in Assam and entire Northeast region.

Top MBA/Management College from Assam & Northeast NE in NIRF 2020 Ranking

The 2020 National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) judged the institutions, Colleges and Universities in the Management field. Only two institutes from NE states found place in the 2020 NIRF Ranking under Management category. 

Indian Institute of Management Shillong retains the title of Top MBA program in Northeast region.

The 2020 National Institutional Ranking Framework(NIRF) judged the institutions and universities in the country on various parameters. The rankings of the 2020 NIRF ranked many universities from NE states among best in India. Many institutes from this region are ranked for the first time.

Institutes from  North East Regions also come out good but as compared to other regions, a lot needs to be done to improve education in the region.
