NITI Aayog is looking for young, talented, innovative and dynamic Professionals who desire to be a part of the team that is scripting the exciting transformation story which is unfolding in India today. Introducing young professionals to inject new blood into government policy making is an idea whose time has come. The opportunity for meaningful work in place of profiteering businesses is attractive; many are already moving to join the civil services, it also brings into relief the sheer cultural difference these youngsters feel, displaced into a more formal and often archaic ways of governmental offices.
Method of recruitment – Contract Based through Open Market
Age Limit – Candidates should be below 32 years of age as on the date of
advertisement.
Remuneration (per month) Rs 60,000/- (Fixed) (Inclusive of Taxes)
Education qualification Master’s Degree or BE/B.Tech or 2 years PG Diploma in Management or MBBS or LLB or CA or ICWA.
Experience Minimum of one year of work experience relevant to the job description. The broad work experience will be based on the functional areas assigned to NITI Aayog.
Preference will be given to persons with work experience in the relevant field supported by published work/policy papers/ appraisal/ monitoring of projects & schemes etc.
Job description
Young Professionals (YPs) will be required to provide high quality inputs in disciplines like Agriculture/ Economics/ Finance/ Education/Health / Nutrition/Women & Children / Social Sciences/ Engineering& Technology/ Urban Planning and development/ Infrastructure/Environment/ Rural Development/ Data Analysis/ Project Management/ Start Up/ Innovation etc. This would require
demonstration of proven academic credentials, professional achievements and leadership qualities on the part of the aspirants.
The terms and conditions of engagement of the YPs will be according to the NITI guidelines O.M. no. A-12013/02/2015-Adm. I(B) dated 01.08.2018. The guidelines are placed on NITI Aayog’s website www.niti.gov.in.
