ITI, Assam Admission 2019

Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training, Assam recently released an official notification regarding the admission into the government Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) of Assam for several courses. Online applications are invited from eligible & interested candidates who are Permanent Residents of Assam for the admission of NCVT/ CoE trades, SCVT trades, SCVT under IMC (SCVT trades run by IMC in some ITIs) under Craftsmen Training Scheme for the session commencing from July 2019.

• Starting date of online registration: 30th May 2019
• Last date of online registration: 14th June 2019 up to 5 PM

ITI, Assam Admission 2019 Details

1. Dress Making, Sewing Technology, Stenographer & Secretarial Assistant (English), Fashion Design & Technology, Desk Top Publishing (DTP) Operator, Multi Media Animation and Special Effect, Photographer, Digital Photographer

• Required Qualification: 10th class passed under 10+ 2 system of education.
• Course Duration: 1 Year

2. Computer Operator & Programming Assistant, Secretarial Practice (English), Basic Cosmetology, Plumber, Welder, Surface Ornamentation Techniques (Embroidery), Front Office Assistant

• Required Qualification: 10th class passed.
• Course Duration: 1 Year

3. BLTT (Bodo Language Transcription Trade)

• Required Qualification: 10th class passed.
• Course Duration: 6 Months

4. Mechanic Diesel Engine, Pump Operator cum Mechanic, Plastic Processing Operator, Surveyor, Mechanic Tractor, Soil Testing and Crop Technician

• Required Qualification: 10th class passed under 10+ 2 system of education with Science & Mathematics or its equivalent.
• Course Duration: 1 Year

5. COE sector (BBBT modules): Plastic processing sector, Fabrication(Fitting & Welding) sector, Construction & Wood Working sector, Information Technology sector

• Required Qualification: 10th class passed.
• Course Duration: 1 Year

6. Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Electrician, Mechanic Motor Vehicle, Information & Communication Technology System Maintenance, Mechanic Refrigeration & Air conditioner, Electronics Mechanic, Instrument Mechanic, Draughtsman Civil, Draughtsman Mechanical, Mechanic Agricultural Machinery , Maintenance Mechanic Chemical Plant, Mechanic Auto Body Painting, Mechanic Auto Body Repair

• Required Qualification: 10th class passed under 10+ 2 system of education with Science & Mathematics or its equivalent.
• Course Duration: 2 Years

7. Wireman

• Required Qualification: 8th class passed.
• Course Duration: 2 Years

ITI, Assam Admission Fee 2019

Candidates need to pay below mentioned admission fee to get admission in different ITIs of Assam. Below we mentioned this details as per category.

FOR NCVT & SCVT trades:-

• Tuition fees (Rs.50/- per month): Rs.600/- (for 1 year)
• Caution Money (Refundable): Rs.250/-
• Registration fees: Rs.25/-
• Medical Examination, Fees: Rs. 25/-
• Trainees Union fees: For 1 year Rs.175/- & For 2 years Rs.350/-
• Hostel service charge: Rs.50/- (where applicable)
• Hostel Caution Money (Refundable): Rs.250/ (where applicable)

* For BPL Candidates, the payment of Tuition fees is waived off, except SCVT under IMC courses.

For SCVT under IMC courses (on payment of higher course fee):-

• For Non Engineering courses: Rs.15,000/- per year
• For Engineering course:  Rs.16,500/- (for one year) & Rs.33,000/- (for two years)
